Reciprocal modulation between the glucocorticoid receptor (GR) and gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) signalling pathways is a potential mechanism for integrating cellular responses to stress with reproductive function. This study investigated if membrane rafts play a role in GR and GnRH receptor (GnRHR) crosstalk and explored the mechanism involved in the mouse pituitary gonadotrope LβT2 cell line by dexamethasone (Dex), GnRH and both together.en_ZA
