dc.description.abstractUCT has typeset the clarinet part, since IMSLP has only the piano part and the viola part. However, the title lists clarinet first, i.e. "for clarinet or viola", so it seems clarinet was the primary choice. The piano part is available on IMSLP. Romantic literature in the same vein as Schumann's and Gade's Fantasiestucke, and perhaps in between the two in terms of difficulty, i.e. easier than Schumann (particularly his second and third movements), but more difficult than Gade's.en_ZA
