Abstract
Predictive genetic testing for hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (HNPC) has been offered to families with known mutations in South Africa since 1997. The aim of this study is to evaluate the benefits and limitations, as perceived by family members, of the current management of inherited colorectal cancer.
