dc.description.abstractUsing a qualitative participatory research design with a sample of twenty teachers, this study was aimed at examining and reflecting on the participatory in-service developmental model as a vehicle for change during the implementation of an innovation. The study further sought to examine the self-perceived impact of the first order change innovation on the teachers' classroom practices.en_ZA
