In this video, Professor Anusuya Chinsamy-Turan introduces the Triassic period in detail. She provides examples of species which emerged and dominated during this time (such as the early dinosaurs) and some of the theories about the cause of the End Triassic extinction event, which devastated terrestrial and marine species.
