Abstract
This video focuses on liquidity risk and the ability to get capital out. It discusses the different liquidity requirements for different investors. The video also defines and discusses patient capital. The secondary market is discussed as a source of liquidity and examples are given. The video defines exit risk and discusses how it plays a role in developed market and emerging markets. The video then discusses venture debt as a possible form of debt financing for companies in emerging markets. This is video 8/11 in week 4 of the Innovative Finance: Hacking Finance to Change the World course.
