Part 1 dicusses laws effecting children, speifically criminal justice and disability laws; Part 2 consists of nine essays on children's rights to education, looking at topics ranging from inclusion and right to 'meaningful' access to the relationship between poverty and educational exclusion; and Part 3 consists of numerical indicators on the state of children's socioeconomic rights in South Africa. This resource can be used for independent study/research or for integration into child development curriculum.
