dc.description.abstractThe main aim of the study is to explore the role of employment in the reintegration process of ex-prisoners. The study seeks to explore the views of ex-prisoners and their employers, with regard to employment and reintegration. A secondary aim emerged as a result of the outcome of interviews conducted with the research respondents, and centred on determining how ex-prisoners are managed as employees.en_ZA
