dc.description.abstractMy eye caught the SAMJ news piece1 about a recent product of the World Business Coalition for Sustainable Development entitled ‘The business of health, the health of business’.2 I suspect this was because I have been thinking a lot about the quality (effectiveness and cost-effectiveness) of what goes for medical surveillance in the world of occupational medicine.
