dc.description.abstractThe primary objective of this dissertation is to describe and analyse the proposals from the different stakeholders since government called for the restructuring of the electricity supply industry (ESI) in South Africa. Secondly, this will also identify areas where there is convergence and divergence between the positions of these stakeholders. Finally, the dissertation will attempt to understand the reasons for the shift in the positions of the stakeholders.en_ZA
