dc.description.abstractThis dissertation investigates how waste in the BVI can be reduced. A phenomenological approach is taken to investigate this topic. Stemming from this a systems perspective is adopted and the grounded theory methodology used. The respective methods and tools are used to analyse quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection is comprised of interviews, a literature review, participant observation and field notes.en_ZA
