dc.description.abstractGovernment and other NGOs want private sector companies to assist in countering the effects of HIV/AIDS by introducing interventions which follow generic outlined developed by the State and other institutions. The programmes are mainly aimed at the Human Rights of those who are HIV+, and do not have a commercial element. The assumption is that these programmes provide a cost benefit which outweighs the costs of a programme.en_ZA
