dc.description.abstractThese changes have set stage for the development of family law in Zambia as well as the growth of alternative dispute resolution, particularly, mediation. They also bring to the forefront the opportunity and challenge of re-envisioning what a court system should look like. This study seeks to assess how each of these changes can fit together into one comprehensive system for a Family Court model.
