dc.description.abstractThe many corporate failures in recent years – such as Masterbond, Tollgate, Leisurenet, Unifer, Saambou and CNA – have raised serious questions about corporate governance in South Africa. The main concern is about how to ensure good corporate governance and thus reduce the risk of company failure.
