dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the environment of action research project in the National University of Lesotho B.Ed. teacher education programme. The intention was to identify factors that facilitate or impede action research at the teacher education institution where student teachers are prepared for the project to be undertaken in schools during teaching practice. The study also sought to understand the student teachers' and teacher educators' perceptions and experiences of the action research project.en_ZA
