dc.description.abstract[Page ii missing] The stoichiometric stability constants of aluminium III of inorganic phosphates and adenine nucleotides have been determined at ionic strength. I = 0,15 and a temperature of 25°C using glass electrode potentiometry and computer modelling. The protonation sequence for tripolyphosphate has been determined using n.m.r. studies.
