A new Candidate Management Procedure (CMP), ”CMP1”, is tuned to updated baseline sardine and anchovy Operating Models (OMs), maintaining the same constraints as that for Interim OMP-18. Another CMP, “CMP2” is also shown, tuned to the sardine OM which assumes 60% of south coast spawner biomass contributes to west coast ‘effective’ spawner biomass. The performance statistics resulting from applying these two CMPs under eight alternative sardine OMs are shown.en_US
