    In this video Judy McKenzie discusses what support means and how to ensure that teachers/educators get the best support they need. She encourages teachers to collaborate either informally through communities of practice or formally through professional learning communities and school-based support teams. She defines what these mean and encourages educators to continue to explore online resources to build their capacities. She says that teachers need to feel empowered to identify their own needs.
