This research analyses the threats facing the Mauritian clothing industry, given the shift in the global trade regime. Up till now, two important trade agreements have benefited Mauritius tremendously. Being a member of African Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) group of countries, Mauritius has had the privilege of exporting to European countries under the Lomé convention. |
