This video focuses on business model innovation. The video defines what business model innovation is and also discusses why business model innovation is important to innovative finance. The video then shows how innovating the business model is applicable in multiple areas using industry examples. The video then discusses how data is seen as a significant asset that can be leveraged. Lastly, the video focuses on the weaknesses of the business model. This is video 2/11 in week 4 of the Innovative Finance: Hacking Finance to Change the World course.
