    Executive summary of the OpeningScholarship project, established in July 2007 and hosted by the Centre for Educational Technology at the University of Cape Town. Funded by the Shuttleworth Foundation, the main aim of this project was to explore the opportunities that ICTs and open dissemination models could offer for enhanced communication and more effective knowledge dissemination at the University of Cape Town.
